Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Powerzone, the gym management software made by AppVeda Software Pvt. Ltd. ("AppVeda", "we", "us"), Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Powerzone includes the web dashboard, the owner app and the member app. By creating an account or using Powerzone, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

Give us accurate details when you register. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do.

2. Plans and payment

Prices are shown on this website or quoted to you before you pay, in the currency of your market. Taxes are shown separately unless the price says they are included.

Gyms in India get Powerzone free until 31 December 2026 as a launch offer. After that, the paid plan applies if you want to keep using Powerzone. We will tell you before the offer ends.

If a payment is overdue, we may pause your account until it is paid. Your data is not deleted because of a pause.

3. Cancelling

You can stop using Powerzone at any time by contacting us. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Any refund will be as stated in your invoice or order confirmation.

4. Your data

The gym and member data you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for having the right to store your members' data and for telling them how you use it. We use your data only to provide Powerzone to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Powerzone for anything illegal or to send spam.
• Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Powerzone available and correct, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, AppVeda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Powerzone in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending these terms

You may stop using Powerzone at any time. We may end or suspend your account if you seriously break these terms. When an account ends, you can ask us for a copy of your data within 30 days.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
