Family neighbourhoods, separate sections, busy owners
Sharjah is a family-oriented emirate, and many gyms here run separate ladies' sections or ladies-only timings. That often means two groups of members with different schedules, and sometimes different staff on the desk. Keeping one reliable list of who is active, and when each person's plan ends, is what stops renewals from falling through the gap between shifts.
Members here also tend to be price-conscious and compare gyms before they renew. A short, friendly reminder before the plan ends works far better than chasing someone a month after it lapsed.
What Powerzone does for a Sharjah gym
- One member list for every section and timing, with plans, fees and expiry dates.
- A daily list of expiring members, so the morning or evening shift knows who to remind.
- QR attendance with a location check, so you can see real attendance by day.
- A member app where members check their own plan and expiry instead of calling the gym.
- Holiday notices and announcements as push notifications, for example when timings change.
- Excel import of your current members, done by us.
Students and semester-length plans
Sharjah's University City brings thousands of students to the emirate, from the University of Sharjah, the American University of Sharjah and other campuses. Students often want plans that match a semester, disappear during exams and holidays, and come back at the start of the next term.
In Powerzone you set up your own plans with any duration and price, so a semester plan sits next to your monthly and yearly ones. When the semester ends, the expiry view shows you exactly which students to invite back.
Pricing in AED
Powerzone costs AED 1,649 a year or AED 169 a month. That includes unlimited members, the owner app, the member app and the web dashboard. There are no per-member fees, so a growing gym doesn't pay more for growing. Taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice before you pay.
Built in India, set up remotely
Powerzone is built by AppVeda Software in Nagpur, India. We don't have an office in the UAE, and we won't pretend to. Setup is remote: you register, we create your account and share your login, you send us your member list in Excel and we import it, and we walk you through the apps on a call or on WhatsApp. India is only 1.5 hours ahead of the UAE, so our working day overlaps with yours.
