Powerzone is gym management software made by AppVeda Software Pvt. Ltd. ("AppVeda", "we", "us"), a company based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Powerzone website (powerzone-gym-management.com) and the Powerzone apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

When you register your gym on this website

The registration form asks for your country, gym name, your name, email address, phone number, city, state or emirate, and gym address. We use this to contact you, set up your Powerzone account and send you your login details.

When you use the chat button

The name and city you type in the chat are used only to prepare a WhatsApp message to us. They are not saved by the website. If you send that message, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to it.

When you browse this website

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and approximate location (country or city). It uses cookies or similar identifiers. It does not tell us who you are.

When your gym uses the Powerzone apps

Gym owners enter their own account details and their members' records, such as name, phone number, membership plan, payment and expiry dates, and attendance. The gym decides what to enter and is responsible for it. We store and process this data only to provide Powerzone to that gym.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to your registration, create your account and send your login details
• To send you a welcome email and service messages about your account
• To provide support by phone, email or WhatsApp
• To run, secure and improve the website and apps

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Services we use

We use the following providers to run Powerzone. They process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase: database, website hosting and analytics
• Web3Forms: emails us a copy of each registration
• EmailJS: sends the welcome email to the address you gave us
• WhatsApp: only if you choose to message us there

These providers may store or process data on servers outside your country, including outside India and the UAE.

4. How long we keep data

We keep registration details for as long as we need them to follow up with you or provide the service, and we delete them when you ask us to unless the law requires us to keep them. Gym and member records are kept while the gym's account is active, or until the gym asks us to delete them.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Gym members should first contact their gym, because the gym controls their records. We handle requests in line with the laws that apply to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

This website is meant for gym owners and is not directed at children under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
