When the owner does everything
In a small gym the owner is often the only person who knows who has paid, who is overdue and whose plan ends this week, and that knowledge lives in a notebook or in their head. It works until the owner is busy, sick or travelling. Then renewals slip, and in a price-sensitive market a member who isn't reminded often doesn't come back.
Powerzone moves that knowledge out of the notebook and into an app, so anyone you trust at the desk can see the same list.
What you get for a small gym
- Members, plans, fees and expiry dates on your phone. No computer needed.
- A clear list of who expires today and this week.
- QR check-in for members, with a location check.
- A member app so members can check their own plan and expiry.
- The same data in a web dashboard if you ever want to use a laptop.
- Unlimited members at one fixed price, so you never pay more as you grow.
Moving off the notebook without closing the gym
Switching systems sounds like a project, and a small gym can't stop for one. With Powerzone it doesn't have to. You register on this site, and we create your account. You copy your members from the notebook into an Excel sheet once, or send us the sheet you already have, and we import it. From the next day, new joins and renewals go into the app instead of the notebook. Keep the notebook for a week as a backup if it makes you feel better; most owners stop opening it.
Many Ajman members commute to jobs in Sharjah or Dubai and train early or late. QR check-in means nobody has to write their name in a book at 6 a.m., and the member app lets them check their own expiry date on the bus instead of asking at the desk.
Pricing in AED
Powerzone costs AED 1,649 a year or AED 169 a month. That includes unlimited members, the owner app, the member app and the web dashboard. There are no per-member fees, so a growing gym doesn't pay more for growing. Taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice before you pay.
Remote setup from India
Powerzone is built by AppVeda Software in Nagpur, India. We don't have an office in the UAE, and we won't pretend to. Setup is remote: you register, we create your account and share your login, you send us your member list in Excel and we import it, and we walk you through the apps on a call or on WhatsApp. India is only 1.5 hours ahead of the UAE, so our working day overlaps with yours.
