Long-term members need a different kind of attention
Compared with the constant churn of a city like Dubai, many Abu Dhabi gyms depend on members who stay for years: families, government and corporate employees, and residents who have lived in the same community for a long time. When those members drift away, it usually happens quietly. A plan runs out, nobody follows up, and a few months later they have joined somewhere else.
The fix is simple but hard to do on paper: see every expiry coming, and talk to the member before the plan ends. That is the core of what Powerzone does.
What you get
- A single member list with plans, fees and expiry dates, on your phone and in a web dashboard.
- Renewal and expiry views so you know who to call this week.
- QR check-in with a location check, so attendance reflects who actually came in.
- A member app showing each member their plan, expiry date and attendance history.
- Birthday reminders, so you can make long-standing members feel noticed.
- Announcements and holiday notices sent as push notifications to members.
Gyms in Al Ain
Al Ain is part of the Abu Dhabi emirate but works like its own city. It is quieter, more family-centred and more traditional than the capital, and it has a large student population around United Arab Emirates University. Gyms there often run separate timings for women, keep members for years, and rely on word of mouth more than advertising.
None of that changes how Powerzone works. Members, plans and expiry dates sit in the same list, students on short plans show up in the same expiry view as long-term members, and the price in AED is the same as anywhere else in the UAE.
If you run more than one location
Powerzone is set up one gym at a time today. If you run, say, one gym in Abu Dhabi city and another in Al Ain, talk to us before you register and we'll tell you honestly how that works right now.
Pricing in AED
Powerzone costs AEDÂ 1,649 a year or AEDÂ 169 a month. That includes unlimited members, the owner app, the member app and the web dashboard. There are no per-member fees, so a growing gym doesn't pay more for growing. Taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice before you pay.
How setup works
Powerzone is built by AppVeda Software in Nagpur, India. We don't have an office in the UAE, and we won't pretend to. Setup is remote: you register, we create your account and share your login, you send us your member list in Excel and we import it, and we walk you through the apps on a call or on WhatsApp. India is only 1.5 hours ahead of the UAE, so our working day overlaps with yours.
